Global Sikhs Launches Flood Relief Mission in Assam

Following nearly 50 days of continuous rainfall, Assam is facing severe flooding that has disrupted the lives of thousands of families. Widespread inundation has damaged homes, displaced communities, and significantly impacted access to food, clean drinking water, healthcare, and other essential services.

In response to this humanitarian crisis, the Global Sikhs relief team has reached Assam to provide immediate assistance to the affected communities. Our volunteers are working closely with local authorities and community leaders to assess the most urgent needs and deliver timely relief to those impacted.

The relief mission focuses on the distribution of emergency food supplies, safe drinking water, hygiene kits, essential household items, and other critical aid to families affected by the floods. Our team remains committed to reaching vulnerable and remote areas where assistance is needed most.
