Shipping and Delivery

As a charitable organization, Global Sikh Charity does not engage in the sale of goods or physical products. Donations are voluntary contributions to support our charitable objectives.

1. Digital Acknowledgment

Donors will receive a digital acknowledgment and receipt for every successful donation.

Receipts will be sent to the email address (and/or WhatsApp/SMS if provided) submitted during the donation process.

2. Delivery Timeline

Receipts are generally issued within 7 working days of receiving the donation.

For donations requiring 80G compliance, receipts will include the Trust’s PAN, 80G URN, and other statutory details.

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical goods, products, or printed receipts by default.

Printed receipts may be issued on request in special cases and sent via postal mail at the donor’s expense.

4. Responsibility of Donors

Donors are requested to provide accurate contact information (email, phone, address) to ensure timely receipt of acknowledgment.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect details submitted by the donor.
