2. Donation Receipts

• Donors will receive an acknowledgment and an official receipt.

• Eligible donations will qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable rules.

3. Donor Information

• Donors must provide accurate details (such as name, email, address, and PAN if applicable) to ensure proper issuance of receipts.

• We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect donor information.

4. Non-Commercial Use

• Donations are non-commercial and cannot be used for any business or personal benefit.

• Donors shall not claim any ownership, control, or rights in the management of the Trust by virtue of their contribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While we take reasonable care to ensure secure processing, Global Sikh Charity shall not be liable for technical issues, payment gateway errors, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Amendments

• Global Sikh Charity reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website.
